    Production process

    Raw material preparation: Select appropriate alloy elements, the main components are iron, chromium, nickel and titanium. Prepare raw materials according to standard ratios.
    Smelting: The raw materials are placed in an electric arc furnace or induction furnace for melting to ensure uniform alloy composition. Deoxidation and impurity removal are carried out during the melting process to improve the purity of the molten steel.
    Casting: The molten stainless steel liquid is cast into ingots or blocks, usually using a continuous casting process to improve production efficiency and material quality.
    Hot rolling or cold rolling: After the ingot is heated, it is hot rolled or cold rolled to form the required tube blank. Hot rolling is usually used for the production of large diameter tubes, while cold rolling is used for small diameter tubes.
    Tube forming: The tube billet is further processed by extrusion, expansion or welding to form the initial shape of the stainless steel tube.
    Heat treatment: Heat treatment is performed on the formed stainless steel pipe to eliminate internal stress and improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the material. 321 stainless steel pipes are usually solution treated.
    Cooling and cleaning: After heat treatment, the pipe needs to be cooled and cleaned to remove surface oxides and impurities.
    Inspection and testing: Various inspections are carried out on finished products, including appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, mechanical property testing and corrosion performance testing, etc., to ensure that the products meet relevant standards and customer requirements.
    Surface treatment: Surface treatment such as pickling, polishing, etc. is performed as needed to improve the surface finish and corrosion resistance of the pipe.
    Packaging and Shipping: Finally, the qualified 321 stainless steel pipes are packaged and ready to be shipped to customers.
