    Production process

    .Raw material preparation:
Choose the appropriate Inconel 718 alloy material, which is usually available in the form of round bars or plates.
Analyze the chemical composition of raw materials to ensure they meet relevant standards and specifications.
    .Heat treatment:
Heat treatment of raw materials to improve their mechanical properties and weldability. Common heat treatments include solution treatment and aging treatment.
    .Molding:
The heat-treated material is formed into a tube blank by mechanical processing or thermal processing. For spiral welded pipes, the coiling process is usually used to roll the sheet into a tube.
    .Welding:
The formed tube is spirally welded. During the welding process, the welding parameters (such as current, speed, gas protection, etc.) need to be controlled to ensure the quality and strength of the weld.
After welding, weld inspection is usually performed, including non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing, etc.).
    .Cooling and post-processing:
After welding, the pipe needs to be cooled, usually by natural cooling or water cooling.
Carry out necessary post-treatment, such as removing welding stress, pickling, phosphating, etc., to improve the corrosion resistance and surface quality of the pipeline.
    .Surface treatment:
According to customer requirements, surface treatment such as sandblasting, coating or electroplating is carried out to enhance the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of the pipeline.
    .Inspection and testing:
Carry out strict quality inspection on finished products, including dimension measurement, appearance inspection, mechanical property test and chemical composition analysis.
Ensure products comply with relevant standards and customer specific requirements.
    .Packaging and Delivery:
Properly pack the qualified Inconel 718 alloy steel spiral welded pipes to prevent damage during transportation.
